Courses can be run at your venue or I have arranged various venues around the Somerset area which can be utilised.

Details of Courses

QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) £210 per person 


A 3 day course, valid for 3 years. The QA, Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification, specifically designed for those wishing to act as a first aider in their workplace. Throughout the duration of the course, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of first aid situations, including: assessing an incident, managing an unresponsive casualty, heart attacks, fractures, diabetes, asthma, choking and much more.

3 Day First Aid at Work Learners:


Day 1, 6 hours of amazing online learning.... Learn at home!

Days 2 and 3, Safely attend a 2 day classroom course that follows the same syllabus as the 2 day FAW requalification course!

It is also possible to use blended learning for FAW requalifying learners too, with the following format:


2 Day First Aid at Work Requalifying Learners:


Day 1, 6 hours of amazing online learning.... Learn at home.

Day 2, Attend a 1 day classroom course covering all the practical elements and assessments for first aid at work.

QA Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) £75 per person


A 1 day course, valid for 3 years. The QA Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification, specifically designed for those wishing to act as an emergency first aider in their workplace. Throughout this 1 day course, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of emergency first aid situations, including administering CPR, using a defibrillator, dealing with wounds and bleeding, minor injuries and more.

QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (Annual Refresher) (RQF) £50 per person


A Half day course, valid for 1 year. The QA Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (Annual Refresher) (RQF) has been specifically designed to allow qualified first aiders to update their first aid skills yearly, until requalification training is required. Successful learners will leave with a renewed confidence, having had the opportunity to practise essential first aid procedures, and learn the latest techniques needed to deal with an emergency situation.


QA Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (RQF) £140 per person


A 2 day course, valid for 3 years. The QA Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (RQF) has been specifically designed to meet the criteria set by the Department for Education’s EYFS Framework. It is ideal for nursery workers, childminders and assistants who are required to hold a full paediatric first aid certificate, and for those who wish to be included in their staff to child ratio requirements. Over a 2 day period, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of paediatric first aid situations, including: CPR and defibrillator use, choking, meningitis, asthma, anaphylaxis and more.

QA Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid (RQF) £75 per person


1 day course, valid for 3 years. The QA Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid (RQF) has been specifically designed in-line with the current Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework and is ideal for those working in early years settings who wish to be included in their staff to child ratio requirements. It is also ideal for anyone who cares for infants and children, such as parents, guardians and grandparents. Learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of paediatric first aid situations, including managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR and defibrillator use, choking, external bleeding and more

QA Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Safe Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (RQF) £50 per person


The QA Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Safe Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification that has been specifically designed to provide learners with the skills and knowledge needed to administer effective basic life support and use an AED safely in emergency situations. Over a half day period, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of first aid situations, including managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, defibrillator use and much more.


QA Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis (RQF) £50 Per Person

The QA Level 2 Award in Basic Life Support and Management of Anaphylaxis (RQF) has been designed for those who have a specific responsibility at work, at home or in voluntary and community activities, to provide basic life support and manage anaphylaxis in an emergency. Over a half day period, learners will gain the knowledge and practical competencies needed to deal with a range of first aid situations, including: managing a casualty with anaphylaxis, adrenaline auto-injectors, common triggers, signs and symptoms of anaphylaxis, CPR and defibrillator use and more.
